How do I get my membership number and card?

Your membership account number is automatically issued by the Club's business office. You will receive your membership card upon acceptance of your application for membership and a new card will be issued in January of each subsequent year.

Do I need to memorize my membership number?

It is not mandatory that you memorize your membership number, however it is recommended as this will aid in reconciling your membership billing and making purchases at the Club.

How is my membership account billed?

Club members are billed on a monthly basis. Dues are billed in advance. Quarterly minimums are billed according to your designated quarter. Monthly purchases are reflected on the monthly billing. Bills are due by the 15th of the month.

What is a quarterly food and beverage minimum?

There are no food minimums as of January 2015.

Who do I call if I have questions about my bill?

How do I access my membership account on the Club's website?

Go to www.stjoecc.com and type in your membership number and password.

How do I get a password to access my membership account on the Club's website?

You set your own password on the Club's website.

What do I do if I forget my account password?

Use the password reminder selection on the Club's website.

Who do I call if I want a membership application to send a friend or colleague?

How do I know what is going on at the club?

You will receive receive e-mails of upcoming events, and occasionally receive direct correspondence from Board members or management staff enclosed with your monthly billing statement. As well, you can check the Upcoming Events List section on our website.

How do I join the e-mail list?

Your e-mail will be automatically added if it was included in your membership application. If you are not receiving e-mails, please call the office at (816) 233-0241 or email Jennifer@stjoecc.com to add your email to the list.

How do I sign up for Club events?

Reservations for Clubhouse events are required and you may sign up by calling the office at (816) 233-0241. Golf event reservations can be made at the Golf Pro Shop at (816) 233-6373.

How do I reserve a tee time?

Tee times are reserved ONLY on Saturdays. Contact the Golf Pro Shop in person or at (816) 233-6373 to make arrangements for a Saturday tee time.

How do I arrange for a locker, bag storage, or range plan?

Contact the Men's Locker Room attendant located at the lower level of the Clubhouse to make arrangements for any of these items. The attendant will notify the Club office and the appropriate charges for these items will appear on your monthly statement.

Do I need a reservation to dine at the Clubhouse?

While reservations for regular dining in the Grill Room and Tudor Room are not mandatory, they are recommended in order for us to properly plan for your arrival and offer you the best possible service.

What is Chicken Night?

Chicken Night is an 90 year old family tradition with our famous chicken and sides served family style every Thursday night. Chicken Night is also a great way to celebrate a birthday or anniversary. If you celebrate at the Club on your birthday or anniversary, you will receive a complimentary Chicken Night Dinner Special along with a free dessert or cocktail of your choice. This offer applies only to members and spouses and may only be redeemed on Chicken Night. This offer is non-transferable.

How do I serve on a Club committee?

Any Club member may serve on any Club committee upon approval of the Committee Chair. You may contact the Board member serving as Chair for the appropriate committee to be considered for service.
